Since starting this Ive broken past a plateau that had lasted over a year and I’m so grateful for your help in growing me even bigger 😁 I can’t wait to see what we can achieve. My start weight and waist was 155lbs and 30/32 and I never plan on being anything less than the weight I am now no matter how much my weight fluctuates I’m always aiming higher 🤓
